Each theme is grouped by its maturity. Operated today means Kaliabe builds and operates it now. Under exploration means it is a researched opportunity, not a live service. Forecast means the claim is forward-looking and not yet verified. Status is stated on every entry so readers can judge it against evidence.

Compliance, made operable
Compliance automation for regulated industries, turning CBN circulars, NDPA obligations and reporting deadlines into live, inspectable controls. The Journal covers this in Path to Green White Green.
Researched opportunity themes
Stranded gas, possible compute
Nigeria flares large volumes of associated gas each year. One research theme asks whether that stranded gas could be captured and converted to power domestic data centres, turning an environmental liability into sovereign computing capacity. Kaliabe studies and writes about this theme. It is not a service Kaliabe currently delivers, and no capacity, contract or deployment is claimed.
Certified in-country cloud
The NITDA Certified Cloud Register and the National Sovereign Cloud Initiative create a market for certified in-country cloud from October 2026. Kaliabe researches what it would take to operate compliant infrastructure at the scale Nigerian institutions need. Researched, not yet delivered. Article Seven covers the register.
In-country hosting, by rule
The category of in-country hosting with data residency, encryption and local control — the national record staying inside the national boundary, under Nigerian law. Kaliabe designs and researches this infrastructure. Owning or operating physical data facilities is a capacity it does not claim today.
Forecast and unverified
Kaliabe does not present a forecast or a researched idea as a completed event. Where a claim cannot be verified against first-party or authoritative sources, the Journal marks it UNVERIFIED rather than stating it as fact.
